墨西哥 进口前产品标签符合性评定Pre-Import Verification of Conformity of Labels

近日，墨西哥经济部（the Ministry of Economy of Mexico）表示，为了保护墨西哥国内的公众健康、安全和环境，将对所有进口到墨西哥的管控商品实施进口前产品标签符合性评定（Pre-Import Verification of Conformity of Labels）。

所有管控货物都需要在到达墨西哥边境之前出具符合性证书Certificate of Conformity (Constancia)，或在货物到达墨西哥海关保税仓由UVA检查后出具一份合规报告Compliance Report（Dictamen），才可在当地顺利清关。

目前，将对如下管控产品进行检查：

1. Textiles and clothing 纺织品和服装

2. Toys 玩具

3. Natural and artificial leather goods and footwear 

    天然和人造皮革制品及鞋类

4. Electronics, electrical goods and household appliances 

    电子、电器及家用电器

5. Products for which no specific label standard applies 

    不适用特定标签标准的产品

6. Food and non-alcoholic beverages 食品和非酒精饮料

7. Automotive lubricating oils 汽车润滑油

8. Pre-packaged perfume and beauty products 

    预包装香水和美容产品

9. Alcoholic beverages 酒精饮料

10. Cocoa products and derivatives 可可制品及衍生品

11. Cleaning products for household use 家用清洁用品
