再次提醒 | 摩洛哥受管控产品的检验要求已强制实施

摩洛哥产品符合性评定方案:

今年，摩洛哥王国工业、贸易与绿色和数字经济部（MICEVN）再次陆续更新了一系列产品符合性评定方案（Conformity Assessment of Industrial Products Program）的相关规定，对出口到摩洛哥的所有管控产品都已强制实施相关检验程序。

再次提醒客户请提前了解相关事宜并做好准备。其中，特别为从事其原产地管控产品（即需要装运前检验）的贸易方，这些货物只有符合最新要求，才能签发产品符合性证书CoC（Certificate of Conformity），用于货物在摩洛哥当地清关。

摩洛哥产品符合性评定方案，分为原产地管控产品（即需要装运前检验）和目的地管控产品（即在目的地进行合格评定），以下装运前管控产品清单可先供参考：

装运前受管控的产品（包括但不仅限于）：

Products subject to control before shipment:

1.    Electrical appliances   电器

2.    Other electrical products   其它电气产品

3.   Construction materials (pipes, sheets, sanitary equipment, insulation, wooden panels, cement, windows, glass...)     建筑材料（管道、板材、卫生设备、保温材料、木板、水泥、窗户、玻璃……）

4.   Gas/oil appliances   燃气/石油设备

5.   Toys, parks and baskets for children, baby diapers, furniture   儿童玩具、游乐设备及吊篮、婴儿尿布、家具

6.   Textiles, shoes, leather, clothing   纺织品、鞋、皮革、服装

7.   Chemical products (detergents, paint, bitumen, matches, lighters...)    化学产品（洗涤剂、油漆、沥青、火柴、打火机……）

8.   Plastic products   塑料制品

9.   Products in contact with food (kitchenware, crockery...)    与食品接触的产品（厨房用具、餐具…）

10.  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), helmets for motorcycles   个人防护设备（PPE）、摩托车头盔
